Site Safety Plan

As we all know, public safety issues are increasingly becoming a very important part of running a public event such as the Field Days. All exhibitors have a duty of care responsibility to ensure that their own sites are set up and maintained as a safe working environment. This Plan is a helpful and comprehensive guide to assist you as an exhibitor to make your site a risk-free exhibit. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

1. Read this form prior to organizing the set up of your site
2. Plan to implement any of the suggested risk control measures which you feel are relevant to you
3. Fill in and sign the last page of this Site Safety Plan indicating that you have read the plan and have taken/will take all reasonable measures to ensure your site will be a safe location for the public who may come onto it
4. Return the signed form on the last page to the organizers prior to the Field Days opening to the public.
